Our low melting yarn specification is: Core type: 50D, 70D, 140D, 240D, 280D full melting type: 20D, 30D, 50D, 70D, 100D, 150D
Features:
◆ In core type, outer layer is low melting filament yarn
◆ The single filament will be bonded under high temperature heat setting.
◆ It can cut down the procedure of Epoxy processing and Acrylic coating, so it improves production rate and protects environment.
Melting point：
PES core type：160℃-180℃
PES full melting type：110℃-130℃
Application
◆ Indoors: window blinds, Curtains, Light shields
◆ Home furnishings: sofa fabrics, carpets
◆ Furs and toys base fabric
◆ Mainly used in bonded yarn, 3D weaving shoes vamp, upscale garments lining, flocking fabrics, etc.
